Prices for properties up to 4 bedrooms are £45.
Prices for properties greater than 4 bedrooms are £60.
These prices refer to properties located under the areas we cover section. If you need an EPC and are not located within these areas please call for a quotation.
Please note that the assumption is made that parking is readily available for all properties. If an EPC is required within the congestion charge zone, they will be done after 6.30pm or on weekends to avoid the customer paying extra.
If the customer requires an EPC done during charge times a £15 surplus will be added to the price of the EPC. Please note that all other charges are included in the prices of the EPC.
